CreativeGrid (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Macroplanr mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To provide personalized meal planning, calorie calculation, and nutrition features, we collect the following categories of data.

A. Profile & Nutrition Data (Provided by You)

You may voluntarily provide:

• Age and gender
• Height and weight
• Activity level
• Nutrition goals (weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance)
• Dietary preferences and restrictions
• Meal selections and plan settings

This data is required for core App functionality such as BMR/TDEE calculation and personalized meal plan generation.

Although this data relates to nutrition and body metrics, the App is not a medical system and does not create medical records.

B. Account Information

If you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Authentication identifiers
• Unique user ID

Authentication is handled through secure third-party providers such as Google Firebase Authentication.

C. Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect limited technical data to improve performance and reliability:

• Device model and OS version
• App version
• Anonymous usage events
• Screen interactions
• Performance metrics
• Crash logs and diagnostics

D. Analytics Identifiers

We may use app instance identifiers and analytics identifiers provided by Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage and improve the App.

E. Payment & Subscription Data

We do NOT collect or store your credit card or billing details.

All purchases are processed by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We receive only:

• Subscription status
• Product identifiers
• Transaction validation receipts

Subscription management is handled via RevenueCat.

F. Push Notification Tokens

If you opt in to push notifications, we may store a device notification token to deliver reminders and service messages. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in system settings.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

• Generate personalized meal plans and calorie targets
• Store your preferences and progress
• Enable account login and synchronization
• Operate subscriptions and premium access
• Improve features and user experience
• Fix bugs and crashes
• Send optional push reminders (if enabled)

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not use your nutrition or profile data for advertising targeting.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

These providers process data only to deliver their services and are contractually restricted from other uses.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill legal obligations.

If you delete your account:

• Your profile data
• Nutrition data
• Meal history
• Preferences

are permanently removed from active systems within a reasonable period.

Some minimal logs may remain in backup systems for security and legal compliance for a limited time.

6. ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account
• Request data removal

Account deletion can be requested inside the App (when available) or by contacting support.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard safeguards:

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls
• Service-level protections

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data may be processed and stored on servers outside your country of residence through our cloud providers. Appropriate safeguards are used where required.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it.

10. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE STATEMENT

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We do not share personal nutrition or profile data with advertisers.

11. POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
